Pre-launch privacy notice. Operator details and retention terms are pending confirmation.
We collect the name, contact details and travel preferences you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss travel arrangements. Enquiries are stored in our website database and are available to authorised staff. Please do not submit passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive documents here. Third-party contact services, including WhatsApp and WeChat, operate under their own privacy policies. If a contact email is shown on this website, you can use it to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Before public launch, the operator identity, privacy contact and data retention period must be confirmed.
When enquiry notifications are enabled, authorised staff may receive your enquiry by email and a limited summary in our internal WeCom group. This information is not displayed publicly.
